Increase your cyber IQ in 30 days or less!

If you're concerned about the gaps in your security knowledge and none of the material you've read or heard on the subject so far seems to make any sense...

The Breaking into Cyber Security (BiCS) was written for students who have never had any formal security training.

This course is built on cognitive learning methods and how the brain processes and stores new information in order to help you process and store what you learn.

Even more... we introduce students to resources that are freely available on the internet today that you probably have never seen or heard about.

Isn't it time to move your career forward?

In this course you'll learn:

- The roles and specialties in cyber security and help you discover which ones appeal to you
- What the career ladder looks like in cyber security
- How to bridge your experience gap and feel confident applying for jobs

Testimonials from previous students of this course:

"The course was a valuable investment of fees and time. My desire was to gain additional tools, not only for interviewing and advancing my career, but also to improve my understanding of technology terms and cyber security knowledge. One of the most useful components for me was understanding the landscape and some of the resources available to review trends. Thanks Jeff!"

“ I decided to take this class because of our phone conversation. It seemed like you really knew what you were talking about from an insider level, and knew how to help people like me. I bought books about breaking into cybersecurity in the past, but the information seemed largely superficial and was stuff I could easily find doing a google search. These books and articles didn't have the insider knowledge that you have.”
- Joel Bethepu
"I have had the pleasure of discussing with Mr. Groman about the goals I have before taking the pilot course... this course has helped me with understanding... what the employer may be interested in from a candidate versus what the candidate assumes the employer may want... Mr. Groman provided great tips, on what was needed to start the journey and also if you are currently in the early stages... I found this course very beneficial and affordable. This is a great course for anyone interested in Breaking into Cybersecurity."
- Fateala Vines
"The course helped me better ascertain what it is that employers are looking for when they use certain language. This allowed me to cater my wording on my existing skillsets to better match those requested on job postings."

A. Regardless of your background, if you have the passion and the drive to learn you can benefit from this course. Moving into a cyber security career will not be easy no matter what your background. But in this course I will help you focus on what’s important and give you insights you won’t hear anywhere else.
Q: I really want to learn specialty X in security, will you cover that?
A. We’ll cover the common specialties in order to give students an idea about what jobs are generally available. We will go into some depth of each one in order to help students learn and grow in the area they are most interested in. That said, we probably won’t cover every niche of cyber security. It’s too vast, and we want to stay focused on helping students get their foot in the door.
